7.3 In the event of cancellation, replacement, or postponement of the Event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after notification.
7.4 If the Event is postponed due to force majeure, all orders shall remain valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, refund requests will be considered individually upon submission of documentary evidence confirming the inability to attend the Event.
